HomEq Servicing is trying to forclose on my mothers home and she has made her payments every month she has been through a chapter 13 with them and has paid it off and now they say she's not making her payments but she has proof of every payment she pays 422.97 a month and they told her she would have to 600.00 and something a month to catch up on something she's not late on she has forclosure on her home. HomEq sent my mother forclosure papers to her in february she filed a chapter 13 back in 2003 to keep her home the reason was my grandmother and my mom were both on the mortgage when my grandmother passed my mother couldn't make the payments so she then filed bankruptcy.well she paid five years and cleared the bankruptcy and now even though she has kept her payments current they are trying to forclose on her home she and my grandmother were told by HomEq that they could refinance there home with them back in september in 2002 and they faxed HomEq all the stuff they asked for. when they did that after getting all info they needed the guy that said they could was nowhere to be found so there equity was gone to thus then my grandmother passed november 2002 forcing my mother into bankruptcy now even though she is cleared and keeping current payments they are trying to forclose on her home if anybody has any advice or can help in any way it would be a blessing.
