contacted general electric to find out that a safty device inside hot water heater has been tripped and i have to buy a new hot water heater now that averages about 200.00 a year.
the water heater that was replaced the first time was a kenmore made in 1979 and as for me i have to pay out another 400.00 to get a new hot water heater and you can bet i will get something i know i can get parts for

THE WARRANTY INFOR IS ON THE PLASTIC TAG ON THE TANK ALONG WITH ITS SERIAL NUMBER DATE CODE AND SPECS. IF YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT WHICH MAKES IT NICE OR A CREDIT CARD INFOR. THAT ALSO HELPS. YOU CAN TAKE THE TANK AND THE PROOF BACK TO THE STORE FOR A NEW ONE OR YOUR MONEY BACK.
