Is there anything listed on your receipt that says you have 12 Months No Interest? Do you have any Credit Card statements that has the end date? If so then you have a very valid complaint and need to pursue this with them.
However, there is another thing you did not mention. Did you make ALL of your payments ON-TIME, that is did they receive them before the due date(or on the due date by before the cut-off time). Because if you did not this is most likely why the promotion "ended". Just about every one of these offers not only require you to pay off the balance before the promotional period ends, but if you are late(even by a minute) during this time they end the offer and assess you all of the accrued interest.
