Home Guardian Solutions Rippoff Company! Newport Beach, California

I cannot believe this company is defrauding consumers! I was contacted in mid-December by Aaron Church of Home Guardian Solutions offer to help with a loan modification. I checked out the company with the BBB and didn't see any "red-flags" so I decided to proceed with the process.  The asked for various documentation, ie. bank statements, tax documents, mortgage statements, etc.  They reviewed my case and notified me in a few days that they could help my family in me getting our mortgage loan modified.  They also required a few of $2,495. for this process. 

Just around the holidays, I received a call from a woman named Raquel Fox who said my information was in the hands of the underwriter, named Randal Walker,  and I would then receive weekly update calls from either of the two.  Shortly after the New Year rolled in, all communications stopped.  I attempted to contact anyone from this company sending numerous emails and voicemails - to no avail.  Second week into 2012, all phone lines were disconnected and emails disabled.  Although I may never receive a penny of my money back, I have filed a claim with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. 

Please, please, please pass the word on these scum bags!  In these economic hard times, where people are trying to save their homes and take care of their families, I am completely sickened to know this company is still out there getting away with this.  If anyone has any ideas of how we can collectively stop them, please contact me.
