we had this security system installed into our home. we had nothing but problems with it . at first it appeared to work then caused our inernet to not work anymore then our phones would not work.We asked them to fix this problem and several technicians came and attempted to fix it each time it remained unchanged.They claimed it was not their security system that it was something else.We isolated the problem with the help from our isp ,it was indeed thier security line causing interference with the phones and the dsl.They still claimed that it was not their fault and scheduled a technician again to come out,he never came.

Since we have called and told them that we want our account closed, and received their threats of putting a lean on our house and utility bills to scare us into paying them.

Not sucessful we have been down this road before with fraudelent companies,we put a block on our bank account and they will never get a dime from us.Their system still no longer works and we have unplugged it. They have been told many times to come and remove their equiptment,subsequently they have not done so? We have had the telephone company come out and rewire the phones and dsl everything is working again. I urge anyone who is thinking of doing business with these people be careful!!
