Dishonesty at its highest level

AUTHOR: Samsung tech - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 18, 2012

Customer call about issue with tv, informed customer that issue is not covered and will call to get coverage extended as a one time courtesy, coverage granted, part was replaced and issued resolved.

Customer later called and said that unit not functioning, returned to customer location and verified that that issue is operating in specs and cx issue is poor quality service, informed customer of issue, customer not satisfied, continued to try second chip showed customer that picture quality is the same verifying that issue is not with tv, customer asked to see chip taken, allowed customer to do so.

Asked customer for chip cx then proceeded to force us out of his home and keep the chip informed customer that what he is doing is considered theft customer became nasty and  demanded that we leave, did as requested called cops to have situation resolved.

This customer displayed the highest level of dishonesty but i guess this is the thanks you get in trying to assist someone who did not have to pay for a service that would normally cost $380.00
