Home Video and Sound Dmitri Pinchuk Unprofessional, Unlicensed, Not even a real company!!! Internet

I recently booked an appointment with this company to mount my 55" LED television in my living room. Two men showed up and begin the job which was going extremely well and fast, and in the middle of the process they dropped my television causing it to crack and shatter into pieces. They show no type of remorse and was not sympathetic at all to their actions.

The owner Dmitri claimed he had to talk to the boss on Monday to see if they could replace the television, which is a fraud because he's the owner  and how would he talk to himself. However I followed up on Monday and he said that the company Home, Video, and Installation Studio does not want to get involved. Even though there 1800 number states they are license and insured they did not want to reimburse me for my television.

On their website they make a false claim that they are insured for $1.5 million dollars, however that's false. When the incident happen and I ask the owner did he have insurance he said no because this has never happened.

This company is not legally incorporated and has no right to do business in the State of NY. They have no business license, and multiple fake address's with no actual store front. Be careful when doing business with them, that 800 number is a dummy number forwarded to their cell phones. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
