pre-existing conditions. (refused to pay $1700)
On system two: heat exchanger failed about 6 months into the contract. (refused pay$2300) refused based on pre-existing conditions. But every failure results from prior operations!
Their contractor (in and out in 10 minutes) could not even find the fire risk and CO risk on the furnace that my maintenance contractor (took an hour) pointed out. I paid for a third opinion who confirmed my risks and recommended the heat exchanger be replaced.
I have notified the FTC for internet fraud, the USPO for interstate fraud, and the Illinois BBB.
