My mother noticed some deductions from her checking account for services she does not believe she ordered. Cannot reach company by phone but did send a letter and I left a message with my cell phone number. Would like to know how they obtained access to her account information as she is very careful on the phone and shows me all mail.

Also would like it to stop.
