My hubby and I owned our home for two years when our interest rate drastically went up making it unbearable for us to pay.We filed a Chpt 13 bankruptcy to try and catch up our payments. From day one requesting statements on our account to resume.

We were told we were ahead on our payments later and still a year later no statement. We made a partial payment because we were told that we had enough money in suspense funds to pay the remainder. The next month we were told we had enough to pay the whole month. I again asked for a statement. Questioning many times about our payment balance and always the same thing we were caught up.

I was so proud of getting ahead! Two days later we received a Relief of Stay order to foreclose on our home stating we were delinquent almost $3500.00. We had no proof of what was said so we had to pay and continue to do so today.Thinking all was behind us I called again to get a statement and I was told they could not except our payments and discuss our account. That we should contact our lawyer and all payments should be sent to her.
We have a legal court order to send the payments to them and once again we are ahead of schedule on catching up our arrearages. Whats next!

We dont know if they are just being jerks or trying to appeal our order. We are broke and they are charging us 10.87 percent on our loan. This should be a crime. We are working hard and knowone can help us.
