I got my loan thru' WMC, then i did recieve a letter from HomeQ servicing my account.My Interest was 8.5% in 2005 in 2007 become adjustable and instead goes to 6% it went to 12.5%. My monthly payment went from $5800.00/month to $8900.00/month. I could not pay my mortgage for 2 months. they put me on a plan for 6 months i paid close to $75000.00 in 6 months payments and penalties, last payment they refused the wired money and put me back in default. I had to do the same thing. I paid in 2007 a total of $95000.00 in interest only plus late fees.

In march 2008 we came to agreement for modification. They dropped my payment to $5500.00/month for 6 months and if i do break the agreement, they will send me the modification agreement in Sept.2008 to sign. I did.
All agreement were verbal.On Oct.2008 I received a modification agreement which will in effect on11/01/2008 I signed and agreed.

Now after 2 months they told me page #4 missing, I faxed it.2 weeks later I did recieve same papers again, I signed it and send it CERTIFIED MAIL.

They send me a letter in DEC/15/2008 my LOAN MODIFICATION WAS DENIED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT RECIEVE IT ON TIME. BUt I had the proof. THEY said we will check with our supervisor.Nobody called. They send me a new modification at 11.00% interest and they add $45000.00 to my principal. I refused to sign it. Every morning, 6 days aweek at 9.00am they call me and I repeat the same, they say someone will call you. "no one calls" I recieve calls to my cell when I do answer they hang their line, I call back and same story.

Now they send me 4 certified letters that I am in default and I had to pay $45000.00 to be current at 12.5% interest.

I send letters to dispute department explaining the situation, Now they gave me till March/23/2008 to pay them or they FORECLOSE on ME.

I NEVER MISSED ONE PAYMENT SINCE 03/01/2008 till now.
WE NEED HELP FROM SOME LAWYERS TO STOP THESE "SOB" ASAP
I LOST OVER $250000.00 in 3 years on interest aqnd late payments which i did not

IN GOD HELP LET THE F.B.I. TO INVESTIGATE THESE THIEVES BEFORE THEY DESTROY MORE FAMILIES> HOPING SOMEONE IS THERE WILL HELP/
