The title had been sent to GE Capital instead. Therefore, we unknowly continued to make payments to mortgage lending companies.In 1996 we were ticked by EquiCedit Lending Inc. into signing our own deed and title to the property at a refinance closing. They never told we were the rightful owners.
After we checked the county records we found that we had three different mortgage companies using different loan tracking numbers. We spoke someone a the title company who said that the companies listed in county records were affiliated.
I know this complaint is shocking, but its true. We have a copy of a Deed and Title in our names and proof our chapter 7 bankruptcy case had been tampered with by our attorney.
We are currently fighting HomeSide Lending Inc. In foreclosure court in pro se. We know HomeSide Lending Inc. are stealing homes from consumers we have seen other suspicius files on public record. We need help to file a class action law suit.....

Search Tipsdid you also have a warranty with bill of sale? i had these things added to closing that i did not know until signing all docs.
i was told if i didnt agree my contracted was not approved to close.later it was purchase by third party due to unpaid taxes which were supposed to be paid by lender in escrow.third party was then found to be original seller.homeside increased payments due to agreement to meet redemption date and pay all back taxes to tax buyer so wouldnt lose home but hardship was now because 852.00 to 1339.00 was never financially able to my income.
i think we never had ownership also because only 1 of 2 pins. were paid and this would of only been known by escrow documenter,may be inside info? if the same contact me please i just retained a attorny....
