Homecomings then took payments sent for current and arrearage payments and posted towards late fees and the $1618.00 leaving us with a continually deliquent payment.
Without formal notice of default Homecomings/ aka Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas has now filed for foreclosure on September 15, 2006.
What a mess, back to the same place we were at when we filed for ch 13 bk, so much for federal protection laws.
