Homecomings Financial GMAC Mortgage Predatory Lending, unfair practices, fees and foreclosure pending... California

Homecomings Financial practices deceptive lending, they gave us a loan and then changed the interest rate from 7% to 8.25 days before closing, if we had backed out we would have lost our deposit and the house. Now, it's three years later, the house burned, 60% of it is gone, and not only did they take the insurance money, they are foreclosing on it, after we have been in "negotiations" with them for 9 months, with no resolution. They will not re-write the loan, but rather keep adding on fees, 26k late fees, plus 11k "other fees" such as-lawn mowing?? 400- for that, even though I am a landscaper and mow the lawn myself..they are deceptive, deceitful and need to be sued!!! How do we get involved with the class action lawsuit?
