I suspect that it is an offshore entity that is operating in various parts of our country and gladly accepts money re:Mortgage payments at high interests rates. When time comes to Re-Fi or modify, they reveal that SERVICE is nowhere near their desires. Homecomings is a collection site with no other structure besides to collect money. Not even through that mean Pat Robinson at 1 866-HOPE is there help for me. That was a complete crock and waste of my time.
My advice is to go to a Loam Modification Lawyer and get out of this company immediately!! They will not work with you nor have they the desire nor capacity to do so.
That is the nature of my report - They will not work with me to modify my loan to take into account the fact that my property value has far undervalued with regard to the market value and the mortgage payments since a demotion in pay are above what I can at the time pay -- Plus the taxes are well over the market value by $310K at this moment. That Pat FAT robinson tells me "I dont qualify for a Loan Modification" Bull! All of us who are stranded in this what I refer to as Threshold Homeownership between one Administrative set of rules B and this current new incompetent Obama Administrative rules C finds that WE ARE NOT BEING SERVED BUT HAVE BEEN ABANDONED AS IF WE DID SOMETHING WRONG!
NO WAY! I am not giving up my home, I will pay as much and as long as I can but I will not allow a foreign entity that is not structured to provide assistance to its mortgagees through LOan Mod or REFI -- I say accept the loan forgiveness - both Shortcomings and we signed mortgages that were promised to work and these have failed us all! So take the loss and restructure the loan to extend into 35 or 40 years for all of us so we can find breathing room, pay a fair amount as new mortgage and at a fair rate of interest.
MR and MRS AMERICA Is no longer allowing the Joe Bailouts and Tuff guy Bonuses to go on any more! As it stands every loan when you study it is designed to gross the lender more than DOUBLE the original loan amount - take a look at your loan and how much you will in time be spending!!
I put 95K into my house from my retirement pay into my home - I intend to stay and I expect the loan companies to take a hit in the teeth for ONCE - and the hit they are taking is only time. IN this time they can make new more guaranteed loans so this is not the end of the world for no-help Homecomings - but it is the end for us!
Try helping for once or take your winnings and go back to what ever country you came from.
