We get a different answer from anyone who will ever speak to us. What happened to the programs to help homeowners? Was that also just a joke?
I have yet to actually speak to a person lately who I can halfway understand what they say and like I said thats the few times I talk to sommeone to get the different answer. I receieved a letter telling me loan had gone to GMAC from Homecomings (same company...lol) to mail to same place just make out pymts. to GMAC did this now they are holding them.
I have had enough of them trying to refi with a different company but not getting much done there either it seems due to GMAC/Homecomings status of this loan. I assume after 16 years in this house it will end up theirs sooner than later. Where are the laws to stop these people, fixed rate loan now gone up 227 per month with their "fees".
