Someone Please help us all, This company has forced me to make all our payments over the phone. When you mail the payment they say they didn't get it and charge a late charge and threaten you with reports to the credit bureau. When you make payments over the phone they give you two options one for 7.95 and one for 12.50 if you chose the lessor of the two then never get it recorded on time. I have developed a fear of doing business with them.

We are currently 3 payments behind and you can not contact them by phone to make sure they get the payments. Today I am attempting to catch up the payment and can not get through. I know they are going to hit me with attorney fees and run the amount up. I have tried to work with them and ask for a roll over of payments and they said I can only put an aplication in to see if I am able to Qualify. I don't want to buy my home I want to catch the payments up. This is from their collection department.

I am afraid to give them the money because they are convincing me that they want to repo it or force it into forclosure to collect extra fees. Please some attorney contact me and lets do this class action suit everyone is talking about. I have a closing statement that is illegal and would like someone to look at it. My first payment was due before 30 days and I paid interrest on the house in closing up to the end of the month.

I paid for overnight delivery of the documents and they waited 17 days to pay off the existing mortgage on a refi and cost me that interrest. I have a multitude of complaints that I have documentation on not counting the never ending collection computer that calls me every day and doesn't provide a person to talk to just take a payment with late fees and collection cost if you give them your bank information.
