I purchased my home 13 years ago, for $79.9 I decided to take out a $10,000 loan that I was told was a fixed for 30 years.  With in that time my loan was sold three times ( homecommings gave me the original loan) and they sole it. Each time I would get a letter from some unknown company stating my mortgage was raised and I have been put into a new category so instead of making my normal payment it was raised $1,000.00. I told them them were crazy. I was constantly harrassed by the mortgage company to make this large payment and each time i called  to try and get some understanding of what was going on the person on the line was extremely rude and uncaring about the situation.

So out of frustration I refinanced again to get away from homecommings only to have the company Ameriquest (who is also out of business for fradulent pratices sale my loan back to homecommings).  In in effort to stop my payments from constantly adjustiing when I have papers showing a fixed loan I consulted an attorney who printed me a copy of the papers homecommings stated were my original documents. Those documents were not the ones I signed and my signature had been forged.  I went from an $80,000 Mortage to a now $150,000 mortgage.

I have required legal counsel but it appears they are working with the Mortgage company because they (GMAC Homecommings is dictating what payment is best for me) Homecommings has lied, cheated, forged and ripped off many consumers like myself and they or their servicing company should be closed down and people like all of us who has been wronged should be compensated and all those attatched dollars that homecommings have put on our loans should be erased. The stress has caused me and my family a continued hardship besides the fact that I now have bad credit when I in good faith would pay what I owe. I feel it's terrible that I have a bill that I did not create. Please help us.... against these greed, uncaring, lieing, foreging minipulators who only interest is Wall Street and their family's greed.

National Mortgage Settlement working group,

AUTHOR: National Mortgage Settlement Linked - (United States of America)

Go to LinkedIn, it's free and the NMS group is public. The government's Monitor is sponsoring a working session and this is what he wants to hear, so he can help. Billions in penalties were assessed in 2012, so this LinkedIn group wants your examples and can help. LinkedIn is simple - don't worry about the hundred profile questions, skip to the end and just add your email and contact info.
