Money Store aka HomEq ignores contact pleas Sacramento,CA.The business that doesnt give a dam. I certainly am acquainted with my loan contract! Dont let the rebuttal ripoff liars make you out to be a dope. I have duplicate documents stating two different original loan amounts. One is $5,000.00 less that the other. I have attempted to get clarification on these documents for over six months with no resonse.
Now for the second half.I have a bankruptcy due to medical reasons and wish to be contacted to lower the interest on the loan as a refinance and to re-affirm. This is a second mortgage. The home would sell for about $10,000.00 less that what is owed on the first and second mortgages. So,what good would it serve HomEq to end up with considerably less that is owed after a sale? Like they say they make money on interest, which I am perfectly willing to pay but at a lower rate and to re-affirm after the bankruptcy.
I have even contacted their law firm which ASKS and INSTRUCTS you to please do so on correspondance. BUT THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS! All the while interest will pile up giving them better leverage on you and diminishing your ability to negotiate a new term and % rate. This is calculated and scuzzy!
REMEMBER...ONCE YOU SIGN YOU ARE JUST CRAP TO THESE

LESS ANNUALLY THAN YOU! I am not a person who took out a
loan in desperation like they paint it...just a wary,

I'm not going to wish that anything bad come upon you. Jesus tells his children to pray for those that dispitefully misuse us. Vengence belongs to the LORD.
The employee that is boasting about the money he/she is making by ripping people off should be ashame of themselves. You do not have anything to be proud of. You are letting Home Q use you to take atvantage of people.
God is bigger than Home Q and all of you are going to reap the bad seeds you've sown.
You may want to search the scriptures in the (BIBLE) and learn the word of the LORD.
Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper.
Now you think about this, please.
I'm going to place that entire company and all of the employees on the altar. I'm not passing judgement, because this is the word of the Lord and he can't lie.
Please be careful how you treat people on this journey. Think about the incident with 9/11 and Katrina. Those are warings from the LORD.

I would just like to say that in response to the empoyee rebuttal that I have checked with the state of michigan and yes homeq is nothing but a collection agency that buys home loans. In response to quit whinning and pay up I would like to see what you do when you get laid off, gee lets see the forclousre rate isnt as high as it is for no reason, called REAL BAD ECONOMY!! So I hope you loose your job and cant pay your mortgage and loose your house cause your mortgage company wont work with you, LOSER

I work for HomEq and I think it's funny you think that our employees make less annually than all of the people who can't afford their mortgages. Do you really think we would take you paying your mortgage so seriously if we didn't get paid anything? People like you are ignorant, pay your bill and stop your whining. A contract is a contract. And obviously you couldnt afford yours. Hope you have learned your lesson.
And you didn't sign your loan with HomEq, we don't originate loans.
