Homeq - Wachovia Bank - First Union ripoff Loosing my home due to poor loan servicing North Highlands California

Due to the circumstances of the foreclosure (fraudulent loan servicing)we have found a compationate lender that is willing to try to provide funding if Homeq will cooperate and allow us time to complete the paper work. My attorney called thier attorney and the basically refused to negotiate any kind of terms and as much as said they would even let us buy the house back anyway. Well it isnt over yet-I have lots of options, and intend to research everyone of them. They have to be stopped.
