There are already two states that have class action lawsuits against them. Our state ohio is looking into one.
We have tried to work things out to save our house but it falls on deaf ears. We are not in the wrong. We will fight to the end. We will not go down softly or quietly. That sums up the problem.
There is too much that they have done like not post our payments on time to say we have not paid at all. There are thousands like my husband and I who have problems with Homeside or Washington or whatever they are calling themselves today.
