Homeside Lending is fraudulent. They ruined our credit and gave false information! Jacksonville Florida

I bought a condo in approximately 1997. My loan was sold to homeside lending, the fun started then! I had the loan for appromiately 2 years. In that time, I had paid my mortgage on time and thought I did not have any problems, well I was soon to find out how important checking your credit reports are. I was in the process of selling my condo and purchasing a house. It was then I found out Homeside Lending put my account in a bankruptcy state. I never filed bankruptcy! I lost the home loan because it damaged my credit scores.

I finally did obtain another loan but I have been fighting with this lending company since 1998 and guess what this bankruptcy still shows up on my credit report. They have promised me that they would remove it and I have so much correspondence with that company I could wall paper the entire empire state building. In 2004, it still remains on my credit report and they will do absouletly nothing to fix it. I do have letters from this stupid company stating that this is not my bankruptcy but persepctive companies that I try to credit through do not care. They see the mis-filing that Homeside Lending did and that is it, no credit!

If you ever have dealings with this company I feel very sorry for you. Not only are they incompetent but they are rude and hang up on you if you start gettimg mad. This company should be closed down, imagine if all companies had customer service like this! What a shame, people are buying property and getting it financed, it should be a happy time but these idiots take that time and twist it all around and bam, thye have taken away my American rights and screwed me in the process.
