1997 property was bought from resource bancshares morg group fha hud lending all taxes were added to escrow with payments and taxes.

1998 homeside lending bought morg from resources end of 1998 received a letter from homeside saying shortage of escrow for taxes monthly payments were adjusted then 2002 received letter from bcs scavengers saying they purchased 1 half of property from non payment of taxes for five years 1997-2002 over 10000+ in penalties fines interest and taxes.

we called homeside they said they would find out more never got back 30 days till being evicted called again thru attorney they finally paid all accrued but added all fees to mortgage payment 300 more monthly causing hardship to pay mortgage payment what can be done please anyone contact us through the rebuttal.

we also paid mip insurance prem 2500 house insurance title insurance all insurances paid but who is liable to pay me if i am 3 times insured

Never had a Problem or Issue with HomeSide.

I was a little startled to see my Mortgage lender listed again and again on the ripoffreport. I have been a customer of HomeSide for nearly 4 years and now Washington Mutual and I have never been overcharged, had a late payment, or had any negative communications with this company. I always mail my payment 3 weeks before the first of the month and have enjoyed quiet, competent service.
