Homesite Insurance of NY Progressive Homesite Insurance Cancelled policy based on fraudulent claims by inspector, after the took my money! Boston , Massachusetts

I came home from the 'local' market a mile away and saw a red car leaving driveway. My neighbor approaches me and said a woman was in my driveway honking the horn, and then took some pictures without getting out of car. I figured just the insurance co., no biggy. 2 weeks later I receive a letter from Homesite Insurance Co., and it states that my "new" policy has been CANCELLED due to an "aggresive dog on premises", and would not be renewed. Now everyone knows that ANY dog will bark when someone comes unto their property, wether big or small. My dog breed is 'BOXER", full blood, and I have 2 small children. So this INCOMPETENT inspector was SO lazy to not get out of her car or call me. If she got out of car she would have saw my dog is NOT AGGRESSIVE and that he is CONTAINED more than 25ft away. If he was aggressive, "invisible fence" would NOT contain him. Crazy thing, this is the same family, same house, SAME DOG from back in 2008 when I was with this insurance company as my homeowners! All their 'so-called' reps said there is nothing they can do after I was denied by the fraudulent claims by the 'inspector'...
