Their poorly managed operation that they have over there just got a large group of their customers on a uce.gov spam blacklist. Did I say just? I meant about 2 weeks ago, and we're still blacklisted. We are one of countless businesses that lost out on work because our customers didn't receive our emails. Homestead didn't tell anybody that their entire IP address is on the blacklist and that their emails are possibly not reaching the recipients. They could have put a few fires out if they would have just notified us. The only announcements made were a result of mounting public demand for announcements. I guess they'd rather eat their peppermint sock.
No regard for their customers, Homestead is in damage control mode, and their customers aren't part of that damage control. Do yourself a favor, use ANYBODY else for your SEO, website hosting/design services, and email hosting--you will receive a better product, no matter who it is.
