this smear campaign that had been launched against our Company as we
have learned a lot about Internet Fraud, how to fight it and win and
are now helping other companies in the same situation we found
ourselves in.

The US First Amendment makes it very
clear that anonymous criticism and civil dissent are privileged
(protected) forms of free speech. Notwithstanding, it is not
absolute. If an anonymous blog author publishes statements of fact
that are deceptive by error (without malice) or maliciously
deceptive, the veil of anonymity can be traced, lifted and the
perpetrator exposed.

What they don't realize is using fictitious names, or names of real people without their consent is considered identify theft (which they have done on several occasions) which is a criminal offense punishable to the full extent of the law. We have proof of these blogs being falsely posted not by the person listed.

These online detectives have been
summoned by clients like us to investigate corporate brand
assassinations, extortion and embezzlement, Internet defamation and
libel, cyber stalking and harassment, and in general tracking down
anonymous attackers that are known as ghosts.

This Internet Detective find
that 90% of their investigations are tracking down anonymous
attackers, that are hiding behind throwaway e-mail addresses, proxy
servers, and rotating IP addresses all for the purpose of being able
to attack someone anonymously. They find that many of these online
attackers are sociopaths and narcissists that display very aggressive
behavior, they think there that are smarter than the average bear,
and they typically dont respond to idle threats and in fact become
more aggressive when challenged as evidenced in our case. The more re
do rebuttals the more they post.

What most of these aggressive Internet trolls dont realize is
regardless of their Internet savvy, they typically leave a
significant footprint that is traceable by professional Internet
detectives and law-enforcement. They do not realize what the
consequences will be when their true identity is revealed. Ruined
reputation in the community, possible job loss, and will be an
embarrassment to their children, friends and family.

We sincerely hope that others will learn from our heartache and
difficulties that there is a solution, hope and the truth always
comes out. The Truth always wins out over evil. You just must
persevere.

We have been witnessing this fiendish, slanderous behavior of these "crazy" low class, ignorant people spewing lies, defamation of character, and trying to cast aspersions on good, hard working people long enough and we just have to speak out on their behalf! This is an outrage beyond words. We have known the Bezik's and the Hamblens for over 21 years. We belong to the same church. They are very hard working, honest people that have been an asset to the community. Cyndee is a wedding coordinator at our church, and both John and Cyndee are very philanthropic giving both time and money to very worthwhile charitable causes, and volunteer work all over AZ such as Solutions, The Phoenix Rescue Mission and have financially aided many children in third world countries as well as belonging to the Horse Rescue foundation. The Hamblens are active church members as well and assist in animal and horse rescue. Hometenders of America's whole business model was "divinely" inspired while they were sitting in church one day and it has blossomed into the flourishing business it is today. The whole office is a business of "Believers" although they do not boast of that as to open themselves up to public scrutiny. However, they know in their hearts what is the truth and what are lies and who is behind this vicious, unconscionable attack....!
The words that are being used to defame these people and the tactics being used are despicable! We all know the truth about what has taken place with this one set of Hometenders who have turned out to be a nightmare, and are retched and down right evil. They feel they can try and ruin people's lives and businesses by using internet web sites that were originally designed to help a consumer for their own personal vendetta. We know that law suits have been filed against these people by Hometenders of America and other businesses they have cheated as well but no one can find them because they are hiding from the world. As soon as these lawsuits are served, their true identity can be revealed and what horrible acts they have perpetrated will be known to the world as the Internet works both ways! Wait until it can be posted what people said about the businesses they owned on these same websites. Their day of reckoning is coming. These people will then be ostracized from the community. They already are hiding so that papers cannot be served upon them.
We are not afraid to tell our real identity and not hide behind anonymous and fictitious names as these mean spirited, horrible people are. As hard as these people are trying to defame, and lie, we will work just as hard and rally behind the Beziks. Every single one of these postings are just filled with so many out and out lies it is sickening. Hometenders did NOTHING to these people. However this families behavior towards them is despicable. The man, pushed, shoved, kicked and spit on Barbara. What does that tell you about the character and moral aptitude.
The problem that these people have is that the Bezik's/ Hamblens and the people associated with Hometenders of America have one thing going for them......that is GOD! Our whole church has rallied behind them in prayer and they will prevail. "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their vindication is from Me," declares the LORD. Isaiah 54:17. God also says, Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord. Matthew 6:15 Since God is going to take up your cause and see to it that justice is done, you can lay it down. You dont have to carry anger and bitterness and resentment and revenge. The whole church is behind the Bezik's/Hamblens and the Hometenders of America staff and customers. Now we will just wait upon the Lord and watch his miracle unfold!

Hometenders of America has fallen victim to an outrageous, ongoing slanderous smear campaign by one family. We have hired a private investigator and have found that every single negative posting has emanated from the same or similar IP addresses. These are vicious people on a witch hunt with no proof to substantiate any of their lies. These personal attacks are vicious, unfounded and have no purpose other than to fuel their personal vendetta against the people who had to go to court, testify against them and remove them from the property. This sociopathic family has a grudge against our company because they were forcibly removed from a property for breech of contract on several fronts. They lost in court. We prevailed to have them removed from the property, awarded all legal expenses, to include attorney fees, damages etc. To show you the moral composition of these people we are dealing with, they physically assaulted a female employee, spat on her which in turn precipitated police intervention and pending assault charges.

Since we have been in business for four year and never having a complaint registered against it is obvious that all these postings started simultaneously with court proceedings against these people.

Their rhetoric is exactly the same on every single posting, with the same mis spelled words, less than eloquent wording, egregious lies, mis-representations, and no basis to any material facts or specific complaints, just personal attacks on me, my wife and my office manager, that goes on unabated.. On the last two postings, we see that they came from the same email address, one posing as a hometender, the next posing as a homeowner. Case in point it is the same expressive style of writing, just coming from a different perspective (hometender, homeowner or Realtor) and is it loosing its impetus. It is actually working in our favor as our rebuttals are adding credence to our Company and giving us an opportunity to let consumers know the truth and quality of the service our Company provides. Anyone that knows the real facts is not only empathetic but sympathetic to our situation.

As a small businessman in these trying economic times this unabated, unsubstantiated drama has cost my company many thousands of dollars to protect and defend our good name. We have employees that are being directly impacted by this reckless campaign, both economically and emotionally. This goes to show in today's America someone with a screw loose can cause heartache and grief to innocent people. All we can say, whether you believe us or not, we are sincere, honest, and a professionally run company and would only want to be judged in a fair and equitable arena. We thought that going through America's judicial process, justice would prevail, which it did, however, because there are these so called soap boxes this allows them an avenue to spew pure venom, and has given them the ability to portrait a distorted/false picture of a truly reputable company. It feeds into their psychopathic behavior and the more we rebuke these charges, the madder they get and who knows to what lengths they will go next. This could easily turn into a tragic situation as we are not dealing with rational, normal thinking people. This is a very serious matter that has gone far beyond just someone being unhappy with service from a company.

Let this show as a matter of public record that we have become victim of death threats, personal attacks, and out and out slander. .

We have filed an order of protection against these people, we have filed a harassment and slander claim and have reported them to the proper authorities as well, however, a piece of paper is no guarantee against possible physical attacks, bullets or the continuation of these so called anonymous or fictitiously posted rants.

In light of the most recent tragedy in Tuscon, dealing with sick people and giving them an outlet to perpetrate these crimes of hatred is deplorable and dangerous. Other web sites that they have posted on have taken this seriously and have already removed their postings and banned them from any more abhorrent actions.

It is our sincere hope that any savvy consumer will see through this veil of vengeance from people who will not take responsibility for their own actions.
