Homewatch caregiver franchise be careful where you chose to start and franchise and what they say on there website its not all true. A franchise was opened in my state, and the women started it didnt have a clue what she was doing which leads me to beleive as long as they get 250,000 and 50,000 in liquid assests your on your own. She did not know the homecare workers needed to be trained to enter the type of care. Not knowing the cena certification or any proper training send her staff too. She paid 8.50 from someone that did it once or twice-no actual training or to a certified aide of 30 yrs. There was no such thing a her place of any offer of extensive training as the say they only send highly skilled and trained employees only. There was never a offer of Homewatch Caregiver university? Perhaps this is fraud too.I think it is sad that our elderely are paying top dollar for there staff, that some have no idea how to treat medical attention in case of emergency unsafe practice and unfair and fraudulent representation of the company.There was also not a Home health aide however they did a background check.Unfortunately this is not new this is also with several companys, but being in this business so long, I think this needs to be stopped. Everything isnt about money is the best homecare you can get, and when they say they do then they really should do what they say, being untruthful is fraud and hurting our seniors and disabled.
