Once I had sent the money via Western Union, I was told that the product would arrive in 4-7 days after the payment but no tracking number was given to me and no product arrived in the time specified by the seller. After 7 days, I logged onto the live chat on the website and tried to ask about when the order would arrive but the representatives kept me waiting for hours despite the fact that the next representative was said to become available 4 minutes after I logged on.
