In Dec 05 I was filling out an online survey, and ordered with my credit card a $1.99 sample of Lean life pm diet pills. I got the pills on the 14th day after ordering the sample, and that same day I was billed $99.90 on this same credit card. I called and was able to verify that I wanted to cancel, but they told me that I was too late. I told them that I hadn't received the product until the 14th day, didn't have time to even try it, and would've had to cancel before even receiving to stop being enrolled in the autoship program. We had many back and forth phone calls and emails, mostly by me, as they hardly ever emailed back, but I finally did get my credit back. This wasn't until I had to pay the shipping back though.
I thought this was all done and behind us, until Aug 27th of this year when I was billed $69.95, for a product called Hoodia Burn Fat. On my online bank statement, there was no phone number listed to call and see what this was. I never ordered it, and have never received any product either. I had to search the Internet, and then realized that I should have cancelled this card after the first scam. I can't believe that this company gets away with this. I have repeatedly tried by email and calls to contact the company, but have never heard back either way. I want my $69.95 credited back on my card.
This is completely illegal and unfair to use someone's credit card number and charge for unathorized purchases. I never ordered or received this product, nor do I want it.
I would like to hear back by phone or email from whoever is responsible for this charge, and find out what's going on with this company. I am sick of trying to contact them, and getting no where. Any ideas from anyone?
