Received my "free" sample, and thought that I had 10 days from date I received sample to cancel!
I called to cancel within 5 days of receipt, received cancellation confirmation and thought everything was OK! I was not advised that the next shipment had already been shipped! However, within 3 days of cancellation I received the next shipment, in a damaged package! I called the Lipoplex number on my credit card to advise that I had cancelled membership and inquired as to how to return unwanted damaged shipment. I was advised that it wasn't their problem that package was damaged and that all products were non-returnable, as per the information posted on the internet, and that I had cancelled my membership on day 11 of ordering, not within the 10 days of ordering as per their policy. Products are shipped 6am PST and staff do not arrive until 8am PST, so there was nothing they could do, as product was already shipped, it was my problem!
I have contacted my credit card company and they are going to try to get charges reversed because of the quality of goods received was damaged, but I don't think they will be able to do anything about the charges. My credit card company did advise that since I have cancelled the membership and have a cancellation confirmation number, any future shipments are Fraudulent!
