HoodiaPlex Labs I ordered a sample of Hoodia which was advertised as $5.49. Payment was made on 11/16. Las Vegas Nevada

The bottle was received in a small brown mail package. No paper was included with the shipping - only a bottle in the package.
On 11/30 a second bottle was received - once again in a small brown package with no paper, no order forms, no letter in the package. I assumed it was simply part of the sample.
On 12/10 I was reconciling my bank account and found a charge of $69.95 from HoodiaPlex Labs dated 11/29.
I did not order a second bottle nor did I approve of the deduction from my bank account.
Also, the Hoodia made my nauseated. (I tried it 4-5 times).
I am meeting with my bank this afternoon and filing a charge against the company for illegally removing money from my account.
