When I went on the presidents web page to seek programs available to help homeowners in risk of loosing there homes to find an agencie that could help this companys web page popped up. I believed it to be the governments program help now. I filled out the information requested and they immediately contacted me promises that they would immediately start renegotiating the terms of my loan so that the sale date on my property would be posponed until they could reach an agreement with the mortgage company. after paying them the fee of 2895.00 I immediatly started to call them to get an update as I was in already in forclosure proceedings. To my disbelief no one would answer my calls my numerous messages went unreturned and when I tried to fax the motion from the lenders attorneys requesting a sale date the fax no longer accepted faxes. I have called the attorneys that provide the legal services for this company and got the same outcome There message box is full cant leave a message the numerous attempts to send faxes are unsuccessful.
