Hope Now Financial Services, Fred Rodio Loan Consultant & Kwasnik, Rodio, Kanowitz, And Buckley P.C. I was contacted by this company because of an internet inquiry to renegotiatd my mortgage. I was told I needed to send $1895 to get the process started. I sent $700 to them, and was told I needed to send the remaining money to get it started. When I tried to send the rest of the money the FAX number I was using no longer worked. When I tried to call Fred Rodio again, he did not reply. Cherry Hill, New Jersey

I was contacted by Hope Now Financial Services Corp ( Fred Rodio )to renegotiate my mortgage. I was told that if I sent $1895 the would start the mortgage modifcation process. I sent then $700 of the $1895 plus all the other paperwork requested. Bank account, W2's, Home owners insurance, TAX statements, and was called by Fred and told I needed to send the rest of the money to get the ball rolling.

I tried to fax the rest of the information, but was unable because the fax number no longer worked. I then tried to call Fred Rodio again, but he did not answer. I then contacted the Law firm of Kwasnik, Rodio, Kanowitz, and Buckley, that are the underwriters of this mortgage modification program. I was called back, by Dawn of this Law firm, but I was not available to answer her call. That is where I am at this point.
