Major Rip Off took 1895.00 for Home Modification and all our personal information. No return phone call after the first few conversations. Cannot call them, no one answers. If they do it is the same guy changing his name. Shawn, Calrton, Randy etc.

I called the Attorney Generals office, they gave me this information:
Go online to njconsumersaffairs.gov
click on file a complaint
Click on OCP Complaint Form and follow instructions.
They also claim they work with the attorneys at Kwasnik,Rodio,Kanowitz and Buckley in which I have documentation for. The attorneys office is the exact same address and when you call the number 856-667-4020 it just rings busy. Another email they use is krkb1@krkb.com for the law offices and Michael W. Kwasnik, Esquire is the name on the documentation I have recieved.

I am furious and at this point all I know to do is contact the friends and family that I referred to this company to explain it was a scam. I referred approx 12 people, what a shame.

At this point I have no clue if the law firm is even legitimate. If you get through to the number it prompts you to dial extentsions and leave messages. I did but....no luck

You can check out the attorneys link onbline and it will give you the names and emails of all the lawyers there, so it does seem very legitimate.
But yet when I called the Attorney Generals Office to report Hope Now Financial they did infact tell me the company was a scam.

I still have all the documentation and emails form the lawyers office and I will continue to try and contact them.
Good Luck everyone, this is pretty sad what society has come to.
