Horizon Carpet Cleaning LAIR ! Let`s start there..Rip OFF, Crappy Work and Trashy Looking Employees Internet

I bought a "used" home a few months ago and had Horizon Carpet Cleaning come out to clean the carpets..OMG this guy shows up cruffy and dirty looking , driving his Own pickup truck and telling me he`s making thousands of dollars a month cleaning carpets for this company due to he uses the "CHEAPEST Soap and just tells the customer that he`s "spot cleaning" and charging them for it and only using "Water" . This was AFTER I had paid him :(  Well needless to say my carpets were just as Dirty when he left as they were before he " cleaned them". I called to report this and was asked ..how long had it been since your carpets were last cleaned ? I said I haven`t a clue and by the looks of them it had been over a year or two . I was told that IF I wanted my carpets cleaned I should have PAID $100 to the guy and had them deep cleaned . So this is how this guy is making his " Thousands of Dollars a month" by pocketing cash from people per job and only reporting that he just "cleaned thier carpets" ....I tryed to google this companies address and phone number and nothing came up so hopefully this Crappy Companie is Out of Business ! To Whom ever reads this PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!  There New Paper Ads for only $6.95 a room is a RIP OFF and your carpet will be cleaned with 'Cheap Soap and Water"
