They called my husband in February with this "homebased business opportunity". We checked it out with the BetterBB-they only had a few reports at that time & a couple were resolved. We looked over the paperwork-all seemed legit. Even though we were in business for ourselves we were promised that "we'd never be alone".

We were conned into paying $1600 for mailings to potential customers(companies), we requested a copy of the list to do a follow up call & it took months & when we did get it, it was so encrypted that we couldn't read it! For the 1st weeks they were always on the phone with us-after that we really couldn't get our calls returned, especially by Allen Aaron. Shawn Daily "our coach" left the company! So we were told.

Then we had an issue with the site(we couldn't access the "locate your vehicle") told "sorry-it was using arial photos"!(still trying).So we emailed the address given for issues. This arragant guy tells us that we have reached the "sales dept" ect -pretty much our attempts to make a go of this were futile.

And every month our acct is being debitted $17 & $25, for the security & web sites fees! So our initial amt of $3551 is climbing every month. Trying to convince the hubby to go to the bank with me & plead our case.

We also tried the BetterBB, they just sent me an email saying that after many attempts they didn't get a response back from the company & that they couldn't help us. I responded by saying "What? That's it?!". Then they wrote me back and said that the "company" telephoned their office yesterday indicating that they had not received the original response. The BetterBB said that they would notify me when they respond. Yeah, if they do-could be waiting another 3 months.

At this point- I just want them to stop taking our money! We have children and gosh I had buried my oldest daughter Lisa years ago, but still that was an enormous amount of money. I can't see how these people sleep at night?

SO you don't know if your own company is taking our money? Whatever! Someone needs to help stop these life sucking ignorants! As for the update purposes only-NO they are not! Good luck people & Kristal if I knew a way to contact you-I would.

Elizabeth, I hope by now that the fees have been cancelled if you sent in a cancellation letter. If not please contact Customer Service @ 866-586-1770 and ask to speak to Tay.



Horizon, does respond to all complaints. Horizon answers all phone calls. Horizon honors its agreements with its resellers. If you have had a bad experience, that is not the intention. When you call mention that you read the response on Rip-off Report. Please call if you are still being charged.

I have been ripped off too. Please contact me somehow.I have contacted the district attorney in arizona. Please contact them and fill out a report!! it is so important. I have talked to them and they are interested in what is going on. they told me to get as many people as possible to fill out complaints.!! Please do this. Also I have contacted an attorney in arizona, if you want to hop on board bring it sister!! we need to get out money back from these worthless scam artists. Kristal

Tired of Horizon Tech

I'm tired of getting the run around & waiting for the "other bureau" to get back to us. I called my bank, told them about this scam & I'm having the bank investigate the last 60 days of charges that they took our money-because I'm protesting - they're not holding up their end of the bargain! I told the bank you call & call-no response or return call.



They asked me if I called the number on my bank statement-so I did & guess what? I got this "Laura M". I told her that we want out! She said "ok - I'll email you a cancellation sheet-sign it & fax it back to me". Now I don't know if it's because the "other bureau" is bugging them about it or what I don't know they haven't sent us anyhting either- that's why I'm trying to do it myself. I also asked about the web & monitoring fees - she said that they would be canceled also. So we're hoping that this is it.



I really hope that they stop taking our $. I had to stop working & our son needs $25 a month for seizure meds. It's been rough going through this -

I wish those crooks the worst - they deserve it. I'll let ya know what happens. Best of luck to all the others out there that were scammed.
