Horizon Technologies - Millennium Plus GPS Have disappeared with my money and keep billing my c.c. when they have no phone etc.. Tempe Arizona

Can anyone help me get these crooks? I have fallen victim to these smooth operating gang of criminals. Is there others out there that have law info or contacts to try and get justice from these sob's? PLEASE HELP!

I have been demanding my money back from these crooks I fell victim to for some time now, and they would deny my legal right to a refund. I signed up for their mailer program which NEVER came to be. These guys should all be behind bars.

The smooth talking David Gapen that sells the mailer ad campaigns then will never talk to you again,, the defiant "coach" that wouldn't return my calls Mike LaMarca, Jay Craig, the "regional Manager" that can never be found again after sale had closed, Marcus Ward, the never give up liar that cold calls me and got me to give in. I feel so ashamed that I fell for this scam!!

I forgot to mention Shawn Daily who I spoke with in Jan '09 who told me not to worry that they were gathering new "leads" that would be better "new leads" for the mailer campaign, and even though it had been months since I paid for the mailers and they had not gone out, I was not to worry they would go out in Feb. Oh and by the way I couldn't get my money back. Of course they never went out at all.

Also Bruce Sexton, Juan in tech, Richard Patterson, Bryant Allan, Mike Bernhard, Sean Daily, and I can't forget the woman that REFUSED to give me her name when I demanded a full refund for the never to be mailer campaign.

Well go out they did, OUT OF BUSINESS> Like the Baltimore colts, Horizon Technologies and their junk Millennium Plus GPS unit has dissappeared into the night with $6,500 of my money. I NEVER had one sale after mailing the postcards, cold calling, internet marketing yada yada yada.

I became aware that something was up when I couldn't log into "my" website to update and check traffic. Then ALL of their phone numbers and e-mails are dead.

PLEASE HELP !!!
