lost over $1500 and gps now does not work. Phonecall from company said they filed bankruptcy, but gave no file number or other bankruptcy information. Co called requesting GPS return to them --supposedly for $50.(pd $500).
Az bankruptcy courts show no filings for these names, as of 8-22-09.
All complaints can file with Az atty genrl by calling 602-542-5025 for complaint form info. or by web www.azag.gov FILE A COMPLAINT either online or by mail. turnaround for replies from office is 2 weeks and multiple complaints could be considered for further action by office. Please include amount money lost.
Let's consolidate our information - I will provide more as I find out more about this company and its scheme.
