Horizon Technologies And Rich Patterson (Client Coach) What A Nightmare In Money Loss From This Outrageous Scam! Tempe Arizona

I was contacted by Horizon Technologies back in November of 2008. They set me up with a website (((REDACTED))) for the healthy price of about $500 and another $1250.00 in Mailer advertising. That money was sent to 22222 Sherman Way Suite #203-A West Hills, CA 91303. Phone: 888-715-0830 and Fax# 818-715-0128.

Less than 2 months later, I go to sign into my so called website and find that there is no website. I received a telephone call today 6/15/09 from another company, who explained that they were the manufacturer and that they were contacting individuals in order to get them back up and running again. They explained that Horizon Technologies has went out of business.

Must be nice to be an LLC and go out of business. Hopefully there is an attorney out there willing to take all of our cases to court in a class action lawsuit of some sort. I won't hold my breath though. Just wishful thinking. I guess becuase I see these reports all the time and I never really see any follow up reports on positive results occurring on the prosecution of these types of so-called companies.

I am happy that Rip-Off Reports is here to let people become aware of bogus opportunities like these and how easily many have fallen victims to these Scam Artists. This is the second Scam in four months that I have reported. I had a loan company with a (((REDACTED))), that almost took us for $800 on a $5000 loan. Rip-Off Reports saved us on that deal!

I now make it a point to search Rip-Off Reports to make sure that there are no complaints on any company I may be considering. Which, after this little episode, I think I will stick to what I know best, Good Hard Honest Old-Fashioned Work!

Thanks to all of the good people who have taken out there time to let others know about their own plights with these criminals. It helps save others and that is always a positive way to look at it I guess.
