Hello,
About a month ago one of my employees made a deal with Tim McCormick
from Hostirian. From the sounds of the deal he was a straight shooter
and did his best to offer great service. However there was one problem
and the whole thing blew up (1 spam complaint came from our server and
we are allowed 10 stated on the our contract). This is a good company
but it seems like there is one person in there named Kevin Nacy who is
messing things up for the entire company and stopping business. I
recommend this company however be VERY careful if you have to have
contact with Kevin Nacy. From the looks of it he is taking $2000+ of our
companies money and is insisting we owe more???? In addition Ken or
anyone else there will provide proof of the complaints? That is the
reason they shut down the service.

There is no documentation showing that we had 100 complaints. Owner Ken Cox insist there are complaints but absolutely refuses to show proof. If the proof was there we could settle this.

This is very unfortunate situation. Highlight Marketing the company making this complaint became of customer of Hostirian on 12-17-2010 everything was great for a while the customer had a /24 which is not typical for a single server but we trusted that they were not doing anything out of the ordinary with the server or services we offered. Around March of 2011 things started to get very odd. The customer requested new IPS then they requested more IPS. Then in a matter of a few days we were receiving spam complaints about the IPS this customer was assigned to. We suspended service a few times giving the customer the benefit of the doubt but every time we turned this server back online we got more spam complaints. From 12-17-2010 until 6-20-2011 we have received over 100 complaints on the IPS that this customer was assigned before we decided to no longer do business with this customer. At this time there is still a $5179.00 unpaid balance on the account for services that have not been paid for.

Hostirian has been in the hosting business for well over 10 Years and do everything we can to ensure our customers service levels. One customer sending out spam puts all other customers at risk of poor service.
