Lets start from the begining. Me and my wife was looking for a new van. We had looked around and all over the place, most of the vans where a little high and not well kept for. My wife was out driving around and saw this Hot Deals on Wheels place. She saw a van sitting there that looked nice from the outside. So she pulls in top have a look at it, well she loves it so we so to talk to the guy about getting it. All goes good with the test drive and just the basic look through. When we get to the price on it I was floored it was way below what I thought it would be. So what do I do I jump at it, we get a deal struck and everything looks fine. First mistake, the tell us that they will pay for the sale's tax on it NOPE. Go to put plates on it and have to drive an hour to kentucky to pay the sale tax. No since they are over an hour way they said after they reseve the check for payment they will e-mail me the recite of it being payed. WRONG again, only got 1 e-mail from them. Tryed asking about it many times they said they sent it, ya sure they did. Well here comes the big kick in the back-side, they came and took the van late lastnight around 1100pm. The little Re-po company they have are not even smart enough to make copy's of the paper work they have so they say they can give us a copy. So nice of them, also they did not have a card on them so I could let the dealship know who got it. I go into the house to look and see if the check that was mailed out to them earlyer that month had been cashed and it had not. So I look more months back and noticed that they have been holding my checks for almost a month before they cash it. On one check that was dated 3 March 2011 was not cashed till 28 March 20011. You tell me why you would keep it for that long. So my wife goes down there today to talk to them about it and they tell her that they can not talk to her since the van was not on there lot yet. NOT ON THERE LOT YET, the people came and got it last night. Whatever, so my wife sits and wait till the van get's there, then they begine to tell her that she has to pay in full the van before she can get it back. Ya I know what BS, they say that it is in our contract, well we ask to see our contact. Well it's locked in the owner's office, how in the hell can they know what it say's if it's locked up. We have not missed a single payment since owning the van. What are they doing with all the money we are sending them and why is it taking them so long to cash it? So to bring this to an end we end up paying it off in full so my wife can have a car. Got to go pick the title later wonder what they will have in store for ME when I go done there to get it not my wife. This place messed with us from day one I just thought it was a couple of errors till I dug deeper. Dont buy anything anything from these guys.
