Hotel.com I called Hotel.com to help me find an alternative Hotel. I asked for a reservation that I can cancel later. I gave them my debit card a few hours later I was told it is not refundable. Hotel.com lied to merla assured me that I can use this prepay deal and get a refund if I need to cancel which seem better then starting the search all over later. 4 hours later when I called to cancel I was told Internet
