I called hotels.com and agreed to the charge of $115.47 for a room at a hotel. A few days later my credit card was charged $142.37. I tried to speak with Hotels.com to dispute the charge and they kept on hanging up on my when I ask for a copy of the call recording confirming the charge I agreed to. No resolution only hang ups even when I ask to speak with a Supervisor they would hang up on me
