Hotels.com hires workers that cannot speak english therefore cannot understand english. They do not honor their user agreement and have changed it to fit their needs only. Reservation rep forced me to cancell due to their inability to comprehend english and to enter the information correctly. Hotels.com will then drag their feet and tell you that they have 72 hours to remedy the problem but in the end, they do not honor anyone except themselves. They are frauds.
