Reservation for motel was made, no mention was made that this reservation was non refundable. Mike did say that there would be a $5 non refundable booking fee

When e mail/confirmation was received there was a note on the bottom, Cancellation Policy. This reservation is non-refundable. If you wish to review or cancel this reservation, please go to our ViewCancelReservation page. I have not been able to pull up that page on the web site
