Hotwire Hotwire.com Charged me for my hotel stay, & didn't send my reservation to the hotel. So I was charged by the hotel as well. On two different occasions! Internet

Very rude customer service! Twice now I have booked with hotwire and both times the hotel did not get my reservation. I ended up being charged from the hotel, and hotwire. I called the hotel and they said to simply have a person through hotwire call them. Hotwire said I needed to fax them a copy of my statement showing that I was charged twice. Why can't you just call them yourselves and work it out that way. Instead of having me wait the 7 to 10 business days hotwire claims it would take to "look in to" what happened. Are you kidding me? I have done a ton of business through hotwire, as well as my co workers and family members. Needless to say we will not be doing any more business with them.
