Hotwire advertise ad nausiem that they offer a "Suerior Service" with Value for Money

Nothing could be further from the truth.

They offer a service where you can fiter results to obtain facilities that you require, apparently hotels are not obliged to provide these services as part of the package when you arrive.

Hotwire will assume no liability for the misrepresentation.

Hotwire are nothing more than a cheap scam site, thay will take your money and then all obligation ceases.  As a frequent traveller I would recommend you use one of the estabilshed sites that will assume responsibility for the data that appears on their web site

Hotwire is a "Rip Off"
