I think its absolutely absurd you charged that much for the change of flight change. With my son in the military, there are sometimes changes in dates & times. I will absolutely never use this service again & believe me; I have tons of Army Mom & Dad friends I will definitely tell them my story and quite a few have already heard it. I was going to book a flight for December but now I can guarantee this will not happen. You have no respect for military families & I am thoroughly disgusted with your actions to charge me $200.00 to change my flight to the following day when my initial flight was only $221.60. (Actually my son had to pay it because I didnt have the $$) I have raised an amazing son on my own & he also knows about this & will let his buddies know for when they have to travel.

It isn't the responsibility of others (since the costs will get passed on to clients) to cover your change in plans when the terms clearly state them. On top of that, many users aren't even American, why should they have to pay for US military families.
Next time, read the terms and don't expect special service due to you son being in the military. This is so ridiculous.
