with all of the details and photos and video of the deplorable and unhealthy conditions and were told that 'it was my word against the hotel' BECAUSE HOTWIRE DOES NOT ACCEPT PHOTOS or other attachments!!!
Next I contacted Wyndham Hotels (the owner of the Ramada Limited) and they DID look at our proof of the conditions and they issued a refund - TO HOTWIRE and Hotwire says that they can't find it...
Bottom line - Hotwire will provide you with a dump of a room and then when the hotel issues you a refund through Hotwire - Hotwire keeps it!!!
You are shooting craps dealing with Hotwire and remember the cqasino/Hotwire ALWAYS WINS...
