PLEASE DO NOT DO USE THIS PLACE!! I beg you.  We ordered our dresses 3 months in advance of the wedding date and one of the girls received an email telling her she needed to pay a "rush charge" to get the dress on time. I hadn't received anything (we both live in the same city) but decided to call anyway to ask if i would have to do the same and they told me no, it should get there on time. Feeling a little uneasy about the previous phone call i decided to contact them again. This girl told me she did not know but would find out by the end of the day and email/call me. I heard nothing. I called yet again and asked if my dress was coming on time b/c if it wasn't then i would need to cancel to which she replied "all sales are final and we do not offer any refunds". I was so angry (and busy) i had to hang up but called back the next day and asked if i was at least going to get it on time. All of the sudden, THIS representative said that i was emailed 3 times telling me that i had to rush (extra $30) the dress if i wanted to get it on time (i did not receive any emails except for my receipt, and why did the other two not mention this when i had called previously?)  And now, i had to do a super rush (extra $50) and she still didn't know if it would actually make it on time. After trying to reason with her for what seemed like forever, she finally agreed to refund my money (haven't actually received the refund yet, though). One of the other bridesmaids had paid the rush charge but was told she would get her money back too since it was not going to make it to her on time either. The bridesmaid in NY was told the same for same reason. The last one in Texas, however, paid the super rush and was unable to get her money back b/c they said she would receive it on time. I appealed to them saying that i understood their policies but was hoping they would make an exception being that the rest of us were unable to receive the dress and what was the point of her getting the dress if she couldn't use it. Well, their answer was "it is stated in our terms and conditions". Way to go HOB with the customer service! It has been a month of agony with these people and now it is a month and a half before the wedding and we do not yet have bridesmaid dresses; please try www.therosedress.com or ANYTHING other than this sorry excuse for an online bridal store. All you are to them is a price tag and nothing more.
